To maintain good oral hygiene, it is necessary to brush your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste two to three times a day, including one in the evening
A duration of 2 minutes is necessary to ensure a good cleaning
You can complete your oral hygiene routine with the use of a tongue scraper, an interdental brush and a mouthwash in order to reach the less accessible corners.
