It acts on the dry cough by fighting against the irritation of the mucous membrane and on the fatty cough by supporting the hydration and the elimination of the mucus.

Indications
Grintuss Pediatric syrup is indicated for the treatment of dry and oily cough, in children from 1 year.

How does it work?
Grintuss protects the mucous membrane by calming irritation, hydrates and promotes the elimination of mucus through the following mechanisms of action:
Barrier effect: it forms a protective film that adheres to the mucous membrane and protects it from contact with irritating agents
Muco-regulatory action: it stimulates the hydration of the mucus and favors its elimination
Lubricating action: it reduces the friction at the level of the pharynx which causes the cough
Grintuss modulates the cough without suppressing it, thus respecting its important role of defense of the upper airways.
