To make sure your Sea-Band wristbands work properly, follow these instructions to position them correctly:

Place all three fingers on the inside of your wrist.

The edge of the third finger should be positioned along the first fold of the joint.

The Nei-Kuan Point is located under the edge of the index finger, between the two tendons

Place the button against the skin on the Nei-Kuan point and repeat the same getses on the other wrist.

To be effective, you must wear a bracelet on each wrist
