To bring out the full flavour, pour boiling water directly onto the bag.
Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes for tea varieties and up to 15 minutes for infusions
And remember to boil only as much water as you need for your cup, limiting your energy consumption and making your Pukka cup as sustainable as possible.
